Funeral services for Tonya Renee Weeks are Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016, at 12 p.m. at Philadelphia Baptist Church in Caseyville with burial in the church cemetery. Bro. Joey Bland will officiate the service. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Philadelphia Baptist Church.

Ms. Weeks, 38, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born July 2, 1977, to Ricky Laird and Judy Case Hickman of Brookhaven.

Ms. Weeks was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church. She worked as a lab technician at Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb.

Preceding her in death were her father, Ricky Laird; grandparents, Elaine and Gus Laird Jr. and Eugene and Jonell Case.

Survivors are her sons, Christopher Chad Nations and Joshua Anthony Nations, of Brookhaven; daughter, Jenna Lynn Brown of Ashgrove, Missouri; mother, Judy Case Hickman; step-father, Royce Hickman; brother, Robert Laird and wife, Rebecca, of Monticello; nephews, Austin and Landon Laird; and ex-husband, Daniel Brown.
