Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• Cendy Bates, 4-8-70, of 642 S. Washington St. — arrested for contempt of justice court and contempt of city court by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Savannah J. King, 2-26-96, of 681 Boral Lane — arrested for serving time by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Edward P. Roberson, 12-19-82, of 329 W. Chippewa St. — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by the BPD.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
