BOGUE CHITTO – Coach Tony Davis returns four starters for the 2016 baseball campaign.

The Bobcats will be looking to improve on a 17-9 record from last season. Davis will rely on leftfielder Rudy Brumfield, centerfielder Tucker Lambert, third baseman/pitcher Conner Douglas and shortstop Grant Leake to provide leadership.

“We will be young and inexperienced in several key areas, but the guys are working hard to steadily improve,” said Davis. “We lost six starters to graduation, which four of those players were our starting pitchers.”
