LIBERTY – The Enterprise Jackets captured two wins over the Amite County Trojans in a varsity doubleheader Monday night in Region 7-2A baseball action.

The Jackets crushed the Trojans 16-1 in Game One and 17-2 in Game Two.

“I am glad to start our division action 2-0,” said Enterprise coach Cass Brister. “Our pitching and hitting looked really good today, but we need to clean up some things defensively. We have some time to prepare for our next game and we must focus on continuing to be a better team.”
