Funeral services for Carolyn P. Hoover were 10:00 am, Monday, March 14, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial at Easthaven Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements. 

Visitation was Sunday, March 13, 2016, from 3 until 6 p.m. at Riverwood.

Mrs. Hoover, 80, died Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.

She was born January 11, 1936, in Westerville, Nebraska.

She worked as a secretary with State Farm Insurance for 25 years and was a member of Jackson Street United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Floyd Hoover; parents, Rev. John and Beulah Payne; and sisters, Phylis Warns and Priscilla Copeland.

Survivors are her daughter, Teresa Hoover Boyd and husband, Wayne; two grandchildren, Jason Boyd and Candace Boyd and spouse, Lauren; and one great-grandchild, Miller Boyd.
