Exchange Club opens park for spring break

Photo by Kaitlin Mullins / The Exchange Club Park opened Monday night for the Spring Fling event. The event continues today from 6 to 9 p.m. Armbands will be available for purchase at the event — $5 for children and $10 for adults for unlimited rides.
