Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• Truvarins King, 2-10-91, of 668 Kees Trail — arrested for speeding and careless driving by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Anthony D. Thomas, 7-15-90, of 961 NW Donn Ratcliff Road — arrested for contempt of city court, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct/breach of peace by the Brookhaven Police Department.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
