The Wesson Police Department reported no activity for Wednesday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity for Wednesday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a brush fire at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday on Hwy. 51. No injuries were reported.

 

Highway Patrol reports

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M reported an accident involving two vehicles at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday on Hwy. 550 at Loyd Star Attendance Center. No injuries were reported.

 

KDMC Ambulance reports

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 13 calls for Wednesday. Three were transfers, with two to Jackson and one to McComb. There were 10 emergency calls; eight medical, with five in the city and three in the county; and two cardiac, with one in the city and one in the county.
