BPD makes drug arrest
The Brookhaven Police Department charged a Bude man Wednesday with possession of several different drugs after responding to a suspicious person call.
Police Chief Bobby Bell said officers were called to investigate a suspicious person sitting in his car at 5:07 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. Upon arrival and after speaking to him, BPD found James Rancifer, 32, of 85 D. St., Bude, in possession of several types of drugs.
BPD arrested Rancifer for possession of 3.9 grams of cocaine, 3.8 grams of powder cocaine, 13.9 grams of marijuana, hydrocodone pills and alprazolam.
