The Wesson Cobra netters defeated the West Lincoln Bears 5-2 Wednesday at the Brookhaven Country Club.

The Cobras were victorious in boys’ singles, girls’ singles, mixed doubles and boys’ doubles No. 1 and No. 2.

The Bears notched wins in girls’ doubles No. 1 and No. 2.

Wesson will resume action today when they travel to Monticello to take on the Lawrence County Cougars at the Atwood tennis courts.

Girls No. 2 doubles: Madison Franklin/Laura Leigh Dunaway (WL) def. Jasmine King/Alyssa Carraway 6-1, 6-2.
