The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Wednesday was as follows:

•Shervirm J. Barnes, 9-19-89, of 2085 Kelly Road, Union Church – arrested for the possession of open beer by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Christopher L. Case, 11-24-93, of 85 Amite Road – arrested for speeding, failure to yield/stop to blue lights, reckless driving, disobedience of traffic control device, disorderly conduct/breach of peace and DUI first offense by the BPD.

•James C. Rancifer, 2-2-84, of 85 D. St., Bude – arrested for contempt of city court and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute by the BPD.

•Kessler Rockingham, 8-29-64, of 307 Baldwin Loop – arrested for no driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance by the BPD.

•Hope Sauls, 8-18-84, of 1889 Hwy. 583, Bogue Chitto – arrested for contributing to the neglect and delinquency by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Cindy G. Smith, 4-6-79, of 2838 Old Church Road, Wesson – arrested for a probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

•David C. Thompson, 4-16-82, of 989 Mallalieu Drive, Lot 2 – arrested for contributing to the neglect and delinquency by the LCSO.
