Photo submitted / Mikayla and Peyton Warren were recently featured on a Walmart Heart trailer. The nationwide Walmart Heart program was designed to make children or adults with health challenges feel special for a day. The program makes the guest of honors an honorary Walmart truck driver for a day. Seven Walmart heart trailers were created and will be driven all across the United States.
