PASCAGOULA – The Ole Brook netters advanced to the South State finals with a 6-1 win over the Pascagoula Panthers Wednesday.

The Brookhaven Panthers dominated by collecting wins in boys singles, girls singles, boys No. 2 doubles, girls No. 1 and No. 2 doubles and mixed doubles.

Pascagoula’s only win was in boys No. 1 doubles.

Brookhaven will host the winner of the Long Beach/Stone County contest next week, at Brookhill. The date and time has not been determined.

Boys singles: Daniel Panzica (BHS) d. Matthew Dugas (PHS) 6-1, 6-2.

Girls singles: Sarah Grace Evans (BHS) d. Jenna Lyons (PHS) 6-4, 6-2.

Boys No. 1 doubles: Goldarius Dortch/Alex Yap (PHS) d. Daniel Clark/Will Moak (BHS) 7-5, 6-3.

Boys No. 2 doubles: Michael Haynes Hutson/Cooper Patterson (BHS) d. Jahrell Desouza/Terin Kelly (PHS) 5-7, 7-6, 1-0.

Girls No. 1 doubles: Lea Allen/Alice Anne Walker (BHS) d. Omega Davison/Kimmie Younger (PHS) 6-2, 6-1.

Girls No. 2 doubles: Mackenzie Jackson/Abbigail Jones (BHS) d. Lauren Coakley/Chloe Grantham (PHS) 6-0, 6-3

Mixed doubles: Maggie Massengill/Dalton Fortado (BHS) d. Lorelei Mitchell/Jack Haarala (PHS) 6-1, 6-3.
