Funeral services for Mr. William Chad Coon of Ruth are 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at Topisaw Baptist Church with burial at the church cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday, May 3, 2016, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service and Wednesday, May 4, 2016, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Topisaw Baptist Church.

Mr. Coon, 50, died April 30, 2016, at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg. He was born on May 14, 1965, to William Jerry Coon and Kay Kyzar Coon. He worked as golf course maintenance at Copiah-Lincoln Community College and was a member of Topisaw Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his sisters, Charissa Coon Burke and husband,Kyle and Jill Coon Nations and husband, Jay; special uncles and aunts, John Paul and Rita Holmes, Scott and Marie Burke and Bobbie Faye Bowman; nieces Kaylin Lofton and husband, Seth, Carlee Nations and Jana Nations; special friend, Taylor Beasley; nephews, Ky Burke and wife, Kristen, Konner Burke and Jerrod Nations; great-niece, Kenzie Kay Lofton; great-nephew, Raylan Sheffield Clark; and many special cousins and friends.
