The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a gas leak at 6:18 p.m. Thursday on Hwy. 51 North. No injuries were reported. They also responded to a false alarm at 8:32 p.m. Thursday on Brookway Boulevard.

The Monticello Police Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Monticello Fire Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Wesson Police Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reported no activity Thursday.

 

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 5:59 p.m. Thursday on I-55 northbound south of exit 48.

 

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 12 calls Thursday. Four were transfers to Jackson. There were eight emergency calls; six medical, with three in the city and three in the county; and two MVAs in the city.
