Memorial services for Chequito “Skeeta” Miller-Smith are Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Paralyzed Veterans of America building located at 15489 Dedeaux Road, Gulfport, MS, 39503.

Ms. Miller-Smith died Friday, Aug. 19, 2016, in the care of her beloved daughter Segrid Winston and sister Wynette Houston. She was born July 24, 1960.

Preceding her in death was her mother, Mary Houston; father, Bobby Miller Sr.; and son, Craig Haines Jr.

Survivors are her children, Joseph Miller Sr. (Tanya), of Gulfport, Chekesha Clifford, of Winterhaven, Florida, Segrid Winston (James), of Huntsvile, Alabama; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, siblings, aunts, cousins, family and friends.
