Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Thursday were as follows:

• Dianne Byrd, 1-22-1963, of 1979 Nola Road — arrested for two counts of contempt of city court and uttering forgery by the BPD.

• Dorothy H. Case, 9-15-1987, of 850 Auburn Road — arrested for probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Anthony Collins, 1-14-1971, of 104 Monticello Apt. 33 — arrested for reckless driving and DUI — refused test by the BPD.

 

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
