The Copiah County Emergency Management responded to a grass fire Wednesday on Belton Lane at 4:08 p.m.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a medical call Wednesday on Bird Street at 2:07 a.m. and a grass fire on Belton lane at 4:12 p.m.

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M reported no activity Wednesday.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 18 calls Wednesday. Five were transfers, with one to city, one to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center and two to Jackson. There were 13 emergency calls; 11 medical, with nine in the city and two in the county; two traumas, with one in the city and one in the county.
