Funeral services for Leslie “Junior” Buchanan, of Monticello, are today, March 9, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello with burial at the Buchanan Family Cemetery in Monticello.

Mr. Buchanan, 83, died Monday, March 6, 2017, at University Medical Center in Jackson with his loving family by his side. He was born Feb. 12, 1934, in Lawrence County.
