The Wesson Police Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Thursday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a brush fire at 6:30 p.m. and 7:57 p.m. on Stegall Road. No injuries were reported.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 4:51 a.m. Thursday on 583 on Hwy. 583 and Primitive Drive.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 13 calls Thursday. Four were transfers, with one in the city and three to Jackson. There were nine emergency calls; nine medical, with five in the city and four in the county.
