Dear Legislators:

This is the first time I have written you about anything.

I am 65 years old. Have lived and worked in Brookhaven all my life.

I enjoy to some extent the give and take of the government process. The reason for my email is to express my frustration and misunderstanding of the leadership in the House and Senate. I do not know what has happened to good old back and forth give and take negotiations.

Will you folks who were elected to represent the folks back home be reminded of that? And also please tell Speaker Gunn and Lieutenant Governor Reeves the tax payers are aware of their self-centered moves and lack of cooperation.

I really believe you guys are smart, well educated folks, but at this moment in MS history it appears no one is taking a servant leader role. Please come to your senses or we will be sure to have someone at the next election who can do the job.
