Funeral services for Hattie Hall, of Wesson, are Friday, April 28, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at New Sight Cemetery.

Visitation will be today, April 27, 2017, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hall, 89, died Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at Kings Daughter’s Medical Center in Brookhaven. She was born in Franklin County Oct. 15, 1927, to the late Colon N. Floyd and Lora Henderson Floyd. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, taking care of her home and family. She was a member of New Sight Baptist Church and also of the Lion’s Club and Woodmen of the World.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert L. Hall Sr.; her parents; four brothers, five sisters; and her son-in-law, Pete Jacobs.

Survivors are her son, Robert L. Hall (Patricia); daughters, Diane H. Jacobs and Marsha Kay Lee (Mike); eight grandchildren, James Jacobs (Paula), Charles Jacobs (Liz), Chad Hall (Aimi), Babs Norwood (Brian), Lee Lockhart (Greg), Patrick Hall (Hanna), Corbett Lee (Kayla), and Jeb Lee (Alice Anne); 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, and other family members and friends.
