Funeral services for Velma “Mu” Banks Robinson, of Brookhaven, are Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Macedonia M.B. Church in Brookhaven with burial at Carver Heights Cemetery in Brookhaven. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday, May 12, 2017, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Robinson, 98, died Sunday, May 7, 2017, at her residence. She was born Feb. 17, 1919, to Butler Banks and Sweetie Paxton Banks.

Survivors are her son, Charlie Frank Robinson, of Wesson; and daughter, Ada Jo McCall, of Pascagoula.
