A Monticello man was killed in a one-vehicle crash late Sunday on Hwy. 84 in Lawrence County.

Christopher Ryan Dingler, 30, was traveling west on Hwy. 84 near the Pearl River when his 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck left the road and overturned several times, said Cpl. Brandon Fortenberry with the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

Dingler was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lawrence County coroner.

The crash remains under investigation by MHP.
