Funeral services for Floyd C. Ezell, of Wesson, are Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) with burial at Rosemont Gardens Memorial Park in Byram. Bro. Rich Balkcom will officiate the services.

Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 1, 2017, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Ezell, 82, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, at Silver Cross Nursing Home in Brookhaven. He was born March 14, 1935, to Leon Ezell and Omie Travis Ezell. He enjoyed fishing and playing bingo with his friends at Silver Cross and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife of 30 years, Erma Ezell; and his brother, Troy Ezell.

Survivors are his daughter, Cindy Harper and husband Doug of Brandon; grandchild, Nicole Johnson and husband Chris, of Brandon; newborn great-grandchild, Christopher Foster Johnson; his brother, Roy Ezell; and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Floyd C. Ezell’s name may be made to Silver Cross Nursing Home, 503 Silver Cross Drive, Brookhaven, MS 39601.
