Steve and Jodie Sartin and Kenneth and Melissa Hall of Brookhaven announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Kristen Mileah Hall to Bobby David “Bo” Blanks II.

He is the son of Bob and Nancy Blanks of Raymond.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gene and Helen Spence of Brookhaven; Glenda Ray of Drew; Al and Lupe Hall of Belton, Texas; Joe and Pam Price of Brookhaven; and Ralph and Becky Sartin of Brookhaven.

Miss Hall is a graduate of West Lincoln High School, Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Southwest Mississippi Community College and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a registered nurse with St. Dominic Hospital in the neonatal intensive care unit.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Lloyd and Roberta Magee, the late Hassel Magee, and the late John and Dorothy Blanks of Jackson.

Mr. Blanks is a graduate of Hillcrest Christian School, Holmes Community College, Mississippi State University and Mississippi College School of Law. He is employed as policy director at Mississippi State Hospital.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at 4 p.m. in Crystal Springs. Bro. Mark Luera will officiate.
