Funeral services for Clydia Cartwright, of Brookhaven, are Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) with burial at New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be today, Dec. 21, 2017, from 5 until 8 p.m.
at the funeral home and will continue Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cartwright, 73, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, at her home. She was born Oct. 28, 1944, in Yazoo City, to James Horn and Jessie Horn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kimberly Dawn Cartwright Lofton; sister, Louise Allred; and two brothers, James David Horn and Corbin Eugene Horn.

Survivors are her husband of 48 years, Lyman Leroy Cartwright; son, Kevin Cartwright and wife Ruby; grandchildren, Andrew Cartwright, Brooke Cartwright, Garrett Lofton, Cole Lofton and C. J. Chevalier; brother, James Carl Horn; sisters, Joyce Merritt, Richie Page, Winnie Stuckey and Thelma Williamson; and brother in law, Donald Allred.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Breast Cancer Society in Clydia’s name.
