Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a homicide in the Arm community this morning, Sheriff Lessie Butler said.

He said the incident took place today, but it is not related to the Peavey homicide Tuesday.

Law enforcement agencies are continuing their search for suspect Tony Wison in the death of his neighbor, retired educator Henry Peavey. Peavey’s wife, Kathryn, remained in serious condition at University of Mississippi Medical Center Tuesday night.

Wilson is accused of killing Peavey and assaulting his wife before setting fire to the Peavey home and another structure.
