Funeral services for Beverly Purser Davis, of Brookhaven, are Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Riverwood Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Keith Hall will officiate the services.

Visitation will be today, Dec. 28, 2017, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, from noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Davis, 57 died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017. She was born June 5, 1961, to William and Lozelle Davis Purser. She had a love for animals and playing the piano. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend that will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jimmy Dale Purser; mother-in-law, Jewell Lea Davis; sisters-in-law, Linda Davis Jordan and Lydia Fuller Davis.

Survivors are her husband, Willie Earl Davis; daughters, Amanda Hope May and Heather Davis Friis; brother, Walter David Purser; grandchildren, Isabella Hope May, Elizabeth Ann May, Josiah Allen May, Evangeline Grace May, Aidan Thomas Friis. She is also survived by her father-in-law, Jimmie Larry Davis; brothers-in-law, Jimmie Larry, Jr and Darrell Wayne Davis; sister-in-law, Brenda Smith; nephews, Jimmie Geneal Davis, Ben Rowley, Jimmy Purser Jr., William Purser; nieces, Angie Marie Davis, Sarah Louise Kitchens; great-nephews, Andrew Purser and Wilson Kitchens; and great-nieces, Alayne Purser and Anlee Kitchens.
