Funeral services for Dennis Evans, of Bogue Chitto, are Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Mighty God M.B. Church in Brookhaven with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery in Brookhaven. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be today, Jan. 2, 2018, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Evans, 64, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. He was born Dec. 27, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois, to Jessie James Evans and Grace Williams Byrum.
