OLIVE BRANCH (AP) — Two men and a boy face charges after authorities say one of them shot at deputies while being chased in north Mississippi.

The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department tells local media that deputies were trying to pull over a vehicle suspected in an auto burglary when Tyler Brunson, 18, and Malik Graham, 18, jumped out. They say Brunson shot at them as they were chasing Brunson and Graham.

Both men, along with three others in the car, were initially detained. No one was injured.
