Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a smoke alarm at 4:58 p.m. Friday on North Street Drive. No injuries were reported. They also responded to a single vehicle wreck without injuries at 12:25 p.m. Saturday on Old Hwy. 51. They responded to a smoke scare at 7:44 p.m. Sunday on Brookway Boulevard. They also responded to a fallen tree at 2:22 p.m. Sunday on Pine Drive.

The Monticello Fire Department responded to a medical call at 4:02 p.m. Sunday on Old Hwy. 84.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a medical call Friday on Hardy Street. They also responded to a structure fire Sunday on Sandifer Street. No injuries were reported. They responded to an accident involving two vehicles at 6:52 a.m. Saturday on I-55 near mile marker 50. No injuries were reported. They also responded to a smoking car Sunday on I-55 near mile marker 51. No injuries were reported.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to an accident involving four vehicles at 8:50 a.m. Friday on I-55 near mile marker 41. No injuries were reported. They responded to an accident involving two vehicles at 5:28 p.m. Friday on Hwy. 51. No injuries were reported. They also responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 6:22 a.m. Saturday on I-55.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 55 calls Friday through Sunday. Thirteen were transfers, with five to Jackson, two to Pike County, one to Louisiana, one to Vicksburg, two in the city and two in the county. There were 42 emergency calls; 30 medical, with 21 in the city and nine in the county; six traumas, with four in the city and two in the county; five MVAs, with three in the city and two in the county; and one cardiac in the city.
