Ralph Haynes announces the engagement and approaching marriage of his daughter Tonya Vaughn, of Brookhaven, to Michael Scott, of Magnolia. Vaughn is also the daughter of the late Mary Vaughn.

He is the son of Johnny and Bonnie Scott.

The bride-elect is granddaughter of Mary Gray and John Vaughn.

Miss Vaughn is a 1992 graduate of Brookhaven High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in business. She is employed as an administrative assistant.

The prospective groom is a 1991 graduate of Tylertown High School and a 1996 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in agriculture. He is employed as a Fed-Ex delivery driver.

The couple has two children.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at St. Andrew’s Center in McComb. Pastor Richard Thomas will officiate.
