The Monticello Fire Department responded to a medical call at 12:20 p.m. in Monticello Sunday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to an electrical fire on Pleasant Lane Saturday. No injuries were reported. They also responded to a reported fire on Hardy Street Saturday. No injuries were reported. They responded to a medical call on Dixie Garden Road Sunday.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 10:25 p.m. Friday on Hwy. 550. They responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 2:05 p.m. Saturday on Hwy. 583. They also responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 8:18 p.m. Saturday on Hwy. 84.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 54 calls Friday through Sunday. Fifteen were transfers, with 10 to Jackson, one to Pike County, one to Forrest County, two in the city and one in the county. There were 39 emergency calls; 29 medical, with 17 in the city and 12 in the county; nine traumas, with six in the city and three in the county; and one MVA in the county.
