The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a medical call Tuesday on Collier Street.

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 20 calls Wednesday. Eight were transfers, with three to Jackson, one to Pike County, one to Louisiana, one to Alabama, one in the city and one in the county. There were 12 emergency calls; 12 medical, with five in the city and seven in the county.
