Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported a disturbance Wednesday on Grove Street. They also responded to a business alarm Wednesday. They responded to an accident involving two vehicles Wednesday on Sylvarena Road. No injuries were reported. They arrested Michael McClelland of 3112 Rocky Hill Road in Wesson Wednesday for a first offense DUI and no proof of insurance.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 7:18 a.m. Wednesday on I-55. They also responded to a single vehicle accident at 9:04 p.m. Wednesday on Hwy. 550. No injuries were reported.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 15 calls Wednesday. Five were transfers, with four to Jackson and one to Pike County. There were 10 emergency calls; seven medical, with five in the city and two in the county; and three MVAs in the city.
