Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department issued a speeding citation Saturday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a medical call Friday on Wells Street. They subsequently made a transport to KDMC Medical Center.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to an accident involving two vehicles at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Hwy. 51. No injuries were reported.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 43 calls Friday through Sunday. Sixteen were transfers, with 14 to Jackson, one to Copiah County, one to Pike County and one in the city. There were 26 emergency calls; 17 medical, with 11 in the city and six in the county; two traumas, with one in the city and one in the county; and seven MVAs, with four in the city and three in the county.
