• Charles Christian Burgess, 07/29/1996, of 783 Hwy. 583 — arrested for careless driving, possession of alcohol in a dry county, improperly operating equipment and first offense DUI by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jessica Hafer, 11/17/1977, of 1829 Hwy. 550 — arrested for grand larceny by BPD.

• Jeffrey N. Bozeman, 08/30/1991, of 806 Lida Lane — serving time with LCSO.

• Ricardo Aguliara, 06/11/1985, of 111 Poplar St. — arrested for simple domestic assault and resisting arrest by LCSO.
