JACKSON (AP) — Three men have been indicted in the August 2017 shooting death of a woman as she sat in her car at a traffic light in Mississippi.

News outlets report that court records filed Feb. 22 show that Lidarious Dixon, Nicholas Coats and Jushun Paige are each charged with capital murder, attempted armed robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery in the death of 23-year-old Chelsie Lynn Kirschten in Jackson.

Coats was released from jail in January, after the Hinds County District Attorney’s Office failed to return an indictment against him by a deadline. District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith had blamed the delay on the temporary suspension of the lead detective in the case.

County jail records show Coats was rebooked Tuesday.

It’s unclear if the men have lawyers.
