Arthur William ‘Art’ Likens

Funeral services for Arthur William “Art” Likens, of Brookhaven, are Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2018, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Liken, 74, died Monday, April 9, 2018. He was born July 1, 1943, to Arthur Franklin Likens and Amy Ada Foulk. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and was a general manufacturing supervisor at Delphi Packard Electric Systems and was part-time reserve Deputy for Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and sister, Deborah Gay Leavens.

Survivors are his wife, Erin Brumfield Likens; sons, Paul Pate and wife Jamie, Butch Likens and wife Holly, Rob Likens and wife Soni, Randy Likens and wife Brett, Collin Hall and Brooklyn Twiner; daughter, Hayley Hall Deer and husband Matt; sister, Judy Likens Shaner; 14 grandchildren (and one on the way); Austin Likens, Lyndsae Likens, Logan Likens, Allie Likens, Seth Pate, Avery Pate, Gracie Pate, Analise Pate, Sawyer Pate, Cutter Likens, Bennett Likens, Hudson Likens, Harrison Likens, Ellie Likens, and Baby Deer; father and mother-in-law, George and Sharon Brumfield; and nieces, Kim Busch and Karen Rancourt.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Art Likens and The Doll’s House, a rehabilitation center for women in Brookhaven.
