Funeral services for John Louis Townsend, of Brookhaven, are Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. at St. Mark M.B. Church in Brookhaven with burial at Rosehill M.B. Church Cemetery. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2018, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Townsend, 68, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb. He was born July 29, 1949, to Theodore Townsend and Essie Lee Kelly Townsend.
