REALTORS Political Action Committee to endorse Cindy Hyde-Smith
JACKSON — The political arm of the National Association of REALTORS endorses Cindy Hyde-Smith for the United States Senate, following a unanimous recommendation from the Mississippi Association of REALTORS Political Action Committee (MARPAC).
MARPAC has scheduled an announcement of the endorsement for Friday at the Mississippi REALTORS Building in Jackson. Gov. Phil Bryant, MARPC trustees and Sen. Hyde-Smith are scheduled to attend.
Bryant recently appointed Hyde-Smith to the Senate seat vacated by Sen. Thad Cochran. Cochran stepped down from the Senate for health reasons.
Hyde-Smith is one among five candidates who have qualified to run in a special election on Nov. 6.
