Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department reported a single-vehicle wreck with injuries Sunday, when a vehicle collided with the rear of a house on South Second Street at 7:30 a.m.

Monticello reports

The Monticello Fire Department reported fallen tree limbs in the roadway Sunday on Lee Hedgepeth Road.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department investigated a traffic accident with injuries on East Railroad Street, and a hit-and-run at Ashley’s on Hwy. 51 Saturday.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a one-vehicle accident without injuries at 6:04 p.m. Saturday on I-55 southbound near mile marker 36. They also reported a two-vehicle wreck with injuries at 11:05 a.m. Sunday on Hwy. 51 at Brister Street.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 52 calls Friday-Sunday. Twelve were transfers, 11 to Jackson and one to Copiah County; 40 emergency calls, 19 medical with 13 in the city and six in the county; 18 traumas with four in the city and 14 in the county; and three MVAs in the city.
