Timothy and Teresa Allred announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kaitlin Doty of Bogue Chitto, to Garrett Wallace of Bogue Chitto.

He is the son of Kenneth and Dana Wallace.

The bride-elect is granddaughter of Rev. Billy and Doris Howse, and Glen and Marica Allred.

Miss Allred is a 2011 graduate of West Lincoln Attendance Center, a 2013 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College and a 2016 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in education.

She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Enterprise Attendance Center.

The prospective groom is the grandson of John and Claudine Pennington, Nadine Wallace and the late Grover Wallace.

Mr. Wallace is a 2011 graduate of Bogue Chitto Attendance Center, a 2013 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College, 2015 graduate of Mississippi State University and a 2018 graduate of University of Mississippi Medical Center with a degree in kinesiology.

He is employed as a doctor of physical therapy at Copiah County Medical Center.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at 4 p.m. at Montgomery Baptist Church. A reception will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
