• Drew Hardy Arrington, 09/08/1976, Virginia Avenue — arrested for DUI by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Shenequa Wallace, 06/20/1999, 300 Old Wesson Road Lot 37 — arrested for shoplifting by BPD.

• Titus Washington, 11/30/1997, 11 Beltline Drive — arrested for disorderly conduct/business disturbance, possession of controlled substance, disobeying lawful order by BPD.

• Edgar B. Smith, 07/18/1980, 215 Poplar St. — arrested for possession of controlled substance, controlled substance/possession with intent to distribute by BPD.
