Debbie Britt and Darrell Britt announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Leah Denise Britt of Brookhaven, to Benjamin Russell Fraysur.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Fraysur of Meridian.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nollie Lewis, the late Hilda Lewis, Frances Britt and the late Heber Britt.

Miss Britt is a 2010 graduate of Loyd Star Attendance Center, a 2012 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College, attended Mississippi State University and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in elementary education.

She is employed by North Pike Elementary School.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Dannie and Shirley Broadhead, Horace Mathis, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Marion Fraysur.

Mr. Fraysur is a 2009 graduate of Southeast Lauderdale Attendance Center, a 2011 graduate of Meridian Community College, a 2013 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in biological sciences and a 2018 graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a master’s degree in biomedical sciences.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 3 p.m. at Ole Towne Church in Brookhaven. A reception will follow.

All friends and family are invited to attend the wedding and reception.
