The Lincoln County Circuit Clerk’s office will be open Saturday for absentee voting. The office is open from 8 a.m. until noon.

Registered voters can cast a ballot in the following runoff races:

• U.S. Senate — Democrat Primary

• 3rd Congressional District — Republican Primary

Voters who voted in the primary election of one party cannot crossover and vote in the primary runoff election of the other party. Voters who did not cast a ballot in the primary, however, may vote in either primary runoff race, provided they live within the district.
