Ricky and Kelly Allen announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Meredith Allen of Brookhaven, to Brennan Miller of Brookhaven.

He is the son of Glenn and Mary Helen Miller.

She is the granddaughter of Dianne Allen, the late John E. “Buddy” Allen, Sharon Calhoun and the late Carrol D. Calhoun.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Miller, Judith Wingo and the late Roland Wingo.

The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Brookhaven Academy, a 2015 graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree, and a 2017 graduate of Mississippi College with a masters of education degree in elementary education. She is employed as a teacher and tennis coach at Loyd Star Attendance Center.

The prospective groom is a 2012 graduate of Brookhaven Academy, and attended the University of Southern Mississippi studying accounting.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at Fair River Baptist Church with a reception to follow at The Homestead at Brookhaven Nurseries.

All family and friends are invited to attend.
