Tickets are available at the door for Brookhaven Academy’s third annual Pigskins and Pearls, which starts at 6 p.m. at the school today.

The fundraiser includes a tailgate-themed meal, an interactive class on football basics and a program presented by Carolyn Ridley of Natchez. Ridley’s son, Stevan Ridley, is a running back for the  Pittsburgh Steelers.

“She’ll be addressing the importance of faith, family and football,” said Kappi Rushing, wife of BA head coach Ron Rushing.
