After mayhem in Tupelo, man charged with kidnapping
TUPELO, Miss. (AP) — A Mississippi man is charged with kidnapping and several misdemeanors after allegedly taking a woman from a city park and then causing several wrecks.
News outlets report 52-year-old Milton Rogers was taken into custody Monday in Tupelo. It was not immediately clear whether he has an attorney.
